What to know before you buy
The company's commitments to the buyer
- Hand over the specified plot as set out in the contract
- Register the plot in the buyer's name at the Real Estate Registry
- Issue the buyer an official plot document
- Build all infrastructure services
- Build 12 of the 90 schools in the city plan (work already under way)
- Build a municipal centre, a police station and a commercial centre
Key terms for the buyer
- A single price of 75,000 IQD / m²
- When buying in instalments, the deed is in the beneficiary's name and stays on hold until payments are complete
- A fee of 600,000 IQD for the water and electricity meters is added at purchase
- The plot may not be transferred without the company's approval
- Homes must follow the façades approved by the municipality
- Municipal approval is required before building
- The plot may be used for residential purposes only
- Monthly service fees of no more than 50,000 IQD
