Sama Al-Ain Investment & Real Estate Development is the developer of New Dhi Qar City, represented by its Authorized Director, Mr. Abdulrahman Yousif Oudah.
The company operates under the amended Investment Law No. 13 of 2016 and an investment licence issued by the Dhi Qar Investment Commission, to develop a complete city with thousands of homes and a wide range of service facilities.

The project is officially licensed under the amended Investment Law No. 13 of 2016 of the Republic of Iraq
Investment Commission licence
The investment licence was issued by the Dhi Qar Investment Commission under the approved legal procedures
Official property registration
Every plot is registered in its owner's name at the Dhi Qar Real Estate Registry
100% freehold title deed
The deed is registered in the buyer's name as full freehold and delivered within months to one year of signing
Instalment guarantee
When buying in instalments the deed is in the beneficiary's name and remains on hold until payments are complete, according to the approved procedures
A 50-year investment contract
The project's investment contract runs for 50 years under the Investment Law and has no effect whatsoever on the buyer's individual ownership of the plot
